How to Report a Bug or Glitch

Help us improve by reporting bugs:

1. Take note of steps to reproduce the issue.
2. Record screenshots or videos if possible.
3. Submit a support ticket via the Help Center’s “Report a Bug” form.
4. Include your game version and device details.
   The more info you provide, the faster we can fix it!

What Information to Include in a Bug Report
Please include:

• A detailed description of the problem.
• Steps you took before the issue occurred.
• Your device model, OS, and game version.
• Any error messages you saw.
• Attach screenshots or logs if available.
  Accurate reports help us prioritize and resolve problems efficiently.
